Program Name and Description

Alleve Wellness Clinic SMS Program

By opting in, you will receive messages related to your physiotherapy program, including appointment reminders, clinic updates, health and wellness tips, and information about how to access services at our facility, including collaborative programs hosted at The Woodbridge Club.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply text

“STOP”

to our shortcode.

Once we receive your "STOP" message, we will confirm your opt-out status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may sign up again through the same method you initially used (e.g., online form, clinic intake form, or opt-in message) OR text "START". Once re-enrolled, you will begin receiving messages again.
